Plot:Satyakant Shastri (Mithun Chakraborty) is an honest and upright teacher hailing from a small town in India. He lives for his 23-year-old son Shiv (Shiv Pandit) who he believes has grown up with the right principles and values. Despite all the right things he does in his life, somehow, Satyakant's past never fails to haunt him. The past where he also had another son - his elder son -who he disowned long ago. Satyakant dreams big for Shiv and decides to send him to the big city so that he can embark on his career. Shiv lands up in New Delhi to make his ambitions come true.
